Belle Epoque Pottery is capable of a wide range of custom-made pieces. Due to the multi-step process, an 6-8 week lead time is standard. Longer lead times may apply to larger orders or multiples. Smaller orders may be able to be completed with an expedited time-frame of 4-6 weeks, but rush charge will be applied. (If you need it faster, let me know - it all may depend on what is in my queue.) Single, smaller items (such as mugs or cups) may be able to be completed in under a month.
A 50% deposit will apply to all custom orders. Since custom work cannot be resold, all sales are final. Natural conditions in firing atmosphere and glazes will yield some slight variety in results.
