This order form is for a made to order mug for existing designs only, with a single image. Please specify directional preference for the side of the mug you wish the image to be applied to. Made to Order mugs are available with choices of imagery varying from any image seen on Belle Epoque's gallery or shop pages. Black rim and black ink image standard unless an alternative is requested.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for mugs made to order. Orders will ship as soon as completed.

Form subject to change: currently tall or short curvy mugs are available.
