This mug is slip-cast porcelain, born from a mold made from one wheel thrown original, making this item a limited edition form. Clay and glaze are formulated & artist-mixed from scratch. Each mug is unique with a hand-transfered image of original design which goes underneath the glaze and is applied prior to any firings. The images are transferred with a special photo-lithography process ensuring that our beloved Prince Rogers Nelson will never fade. The glaze is a supple satin glaze, like Prince's sheets, soft to the touch and wanting to be caressed.
